Korean Bojagi Workshop with Nossi Bojagi

The Korean textile technique of Bojagi has played an important role in Korean culture for centuries. Utilizing square pieces of cloth skillfully constructed from a variety of fabrics, these beautifully functional items were a means of self-expression as well as an integral part of everyday life. Today, Bojagi is a thoughtful way to lessen our environmental impact during a season of gifting.

Guided by Ellen of Nossi Bojagi, attendees will pick from a special edit of environmentally-conscious fabrics and learn 5 different wrapping and knot applications, with the option to bring personal items or gifts to wrap. A special offering of Korean teas by Kioh Tea will be available.
