We’re looking for a meticulous organizer with strong communication skills and working knowledge of production administration who works well in a fast-paced environment. As a crucial member of our team, you will have a huge hand in our studio’s success in meeting deadlines, developing new products, and servicing clients across all accounts. The Studio Administrator manages inventory, order placement, and item receipt and is responsible for maintaining studio archives, systems, and records. You’ll be the main point of contact for vendors and work fluidly with all members of our team. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills and a natural knack for multi-tasking.
Kalon Studios is seeking a Studio Assistant who believes in doing every job with care and consideration. This person will work closely with Kalon’s lead-designer to provide support throughout any needs that arise, from macro to micro tasks. This includes communication with vendors, shop visits, taking measurements, dimensional drawings, picking up supplies, and supporting the senior staff. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has an interest in furniture design.
