Collection for Change: Médecins Sans Frontières
Giving to the doctors supporting our most vulnerable populations
When the news cycle turned to the COVID-19 crisis, a common refrain was that this virus doesn’t discriminate. While it’s true that the virus doesn’t care if you’re rich or poor, access to proper care and prevention absolutely does play favorites. Several weeks into the pandemic it’s clear that those living below the poverty line are at far greater risk of contracting the corona virus. By nature of their conditions refugee camps, homeless encampments, and those in conflict-affected environments need our help the most. Médecins Sans Frontières has taken on this cause with force majeure.
Our Collection for Change is a permanent and evolving catalogue of limited run product. Typically, 40% of the revenue generated by sales from our Collection for Change sales goes to non-profit global agencies working to find solutions to the environmental crisis. Like global warming, the pandemic is a global crisis. During the COVID-19 disaster, Kalon will be donating 100% of the profits to Médecins Sans Frontières for the work they are doing in the world’s most vulnerable populations.
